The IB Primary Years Program (PYP) covers grades 1 to 6, with students aged 6–12 years old.
Through the PYP, our goal is to foster a broad understanding of what knowledge entails. School days are filled with challenges that promote creative thinking and exploration, aiming for lifelong learning.
The PYP curriculum framework highlights the pivotal concept of agency woven into the three pillars of the curriculum: the learner, learning and teaching, and the learning community.
PYP learning is rooted in authentic inquiry-based approaches, making the learning and teaching process engaging, meaningful, challenging, and pertinent. The PYP introduces educational principles and practices that empower learners to take an active role at the core of their own learning journey.
