When we plan the school calendar at THIS, we take various factors into consideration: the number of subject hours throughout the school year, our international families residing far from home, extracurricular activities linked to Trondheim Municipality’s school calendar, and the staff’s need for planning days. The school calendar is always designed with a focus on how we can best support the IB programs, with the principle of the child’s best interests at its core.
