At the head of the organisation is the Annual General Meeting who elects the Board of Directors. The Board line manages the Head of School. The Head of School is responsible for liaising with external services such as the Directorate for Education, Statsforvalteren, Trondheim Kommune and Childrens’ Support Services. The Head of School also oversees external relations with organisations such as the Chamber of Commerce, NTNU, SINTEF and other schools. The Head of School leads the collaboration with internal school bodies such as AMU, union codetermination and the Parent Committee. The Head of School line manages The Deputy Head of School; Office Administrator; Facilities and ICT Manager. The Deputy Head of School line manages the PYP, MYP, SFO and Special Educational Needs Coordinator, and the librarian. The Facilities Manager line manages the caretaker.
